Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in DeLand, FL. Pay is $18.25–$20.75 per hour. Villa Health & Rehab provides resident-centered care and rehabilitation in a close-knit community. The CNA provides direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel’s supervision, helping promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through personal care, observation, documentation, and support with daily needs.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care. Change bed linen
• maintain grooming supplies
• ambulate, transfer, turn, and position residents. Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption as assigned. Observe residents and report condition changes to the Charge Nurse. Contribute data and input for MDS completion and care plans
• provide hydration
• prepare and transport residents for meals and assist with eating as needed. Answer call lights, assist with resident needs, and assist with staff orientation and training when requested.
