What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care under practitioner orders and individualized plans of care
• assess and monitor patients
• administer medications and treatments
• perform ordered skilled interventions within scope
• document vital signs and patient responses
• report changes in condition
• educate patients and families
• coordinate with interdisciplinary team members
• complete timely electronic health record documentation
• follow infection control, safety, confidentiality, and reporting requirements.
