The Carpenter Helper / Remodeling Installer role is onsite in Winnetka, IL, with projects throughout Chicago and the North Shore. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Post Services is a residential remodeling company building an in-house installation team. Working with a Lead Carpenter, the role assists with remodeling and door and window installation projects. It supports project completion and helps maintain clean, protected jobsites while developing installation and carpentry skills.

What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Carpenter with residential remodeling
• assist with exterior door and window installations
• help install cabinets, interior doors, trim, and millwork
• assist with framing, demolition, and jobsite preparation
• complete punch-list and warranty items
• protect customers’ homes and maintain clean jobsites
• organize tools and materials
• assist with deliveries and debris removal
• maintain tools and equipment
• travel to projects throughout Chicago and the North Shore.
