What you'll do

• Supervise DSP and staffing-agency operations
• develop and enforce quality assurance protocols
• monitor performance and continuous improvement
• oversee warehouse activities
• conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews
• recruit and onboard DSPs
• design service-quality training
• oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control
• optimize collection models and processes
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• handle daily operations and emergency responses.
