Property Maintenance Technician — Part-Time, 25 Hours per Week

What you'll do

• Inspect apartments, buildings, common areas, and grounds
• perform electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, carpentry, drywall, appliance, lock, window, painting, and cleaning repairs
• complete work orders and unit turnovers
• conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
• communicate work status to management
• respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes
• document incidents and maintenance activity.
