What you'll do

• Manage the continuous improvement program and workplace organization standards
• use TPM and lean-flow methods to improve asset and employee effectiveness
• develop reliability plans and facilitate training
• lead testing and startup for packaging materials and equipment
• support capital projects and product commercialization
• serve as a technical liaison across functions
• lead manufacturing and operations cost-improvement efforts
• support operating and capital planning
• train staff in problem-solving methods
• support food safety and quality standards.
