The Community Canvasser, Siembra Raleigh (Wake) role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with shifts available from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday; part-time or full-time schedules are possible. Canvassing starts at $25 per hour, with paid training at $22 per hour for the first three days; team leaders start at $26 per hour, and fluent bilingual speakers may earn an additional $2 per hour. The Outreach Team is working to turn out voters in North Carolina ahead of the November 3, 2026 general election. This role engages targeted, registered Latino voters, delivers campaign messages, and collects survey responses to support voter turnout. Team leaders also coordinate canvassers in the field, ensure they have materials, and assist with training and administrative work.

What you'll do

• Engage the public respectfully
• deliver campaign messages and collect complete survey answers from voters
• participate in staff training
• follow campaign safety protocols. Team leaders also check in with canvassers, debrief them, ensure they have needed materials, and assist directors with training and administrative work.
