What you'll do

• Support attorneys on divorce, custody, support, and related litigation
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and other documents
• coordinate discovery and organize evidence and case files
• prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness materials, and hearing documents
• track deadlines and filings
• communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• and assist with mediation, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
