The senior engineer leads complex electrical design and project execution from concept through production, testing, and field support. The role provides technical direction, design review, and mentorship while advancing compliant, manufacturable solutions and continuous improvement across engineering and production.

What you'll do

• Lead design and development of electrical distribution equipment and related products
• develop and direct schematics, diagrams, layouts, and bills of material
• perform and review electrical calculations
• lead complex projects from concept through production, testing, and closeout
• translate customer requirements into engineering solutions
• review and approve drawings and technical documentation
• support manufacturing, quality, supply chain, testing, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
• ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes
• lead engineering changes, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• mentor Electrical Engineers I and II.
