What you'll do

• Manage operations and maintenance for approximately 250–300 vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and plow trucks
• schedule maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emissions testing
• manage registrations and PennDOT documentation
• administer toll and fuel records
• maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• review repair requests
• coordinate service providers
• develop backup transportation plans
• coordinate vehicle availability
• maintain accessibility equipment inventory
• monitor expenses
• ensure regulatory compliance
• review accident reports and insurance claims
• review GPS reports.
