What you'll do

• Greet customers in person and by phone

• obtain customer approval and provide progress updates
• coordinate with technicians
• order parts and check vendor pricing and availability
• schedule appointments and manage workflow
• handle payments and close repair orders
• follow up with customers
• maintain a clean, organized customer area.

Why this role
