What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• monitor and record vital signs and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
• provide emotional support and companionship
• maintain clean and safe patient rooms and equipment according to infection-control protocols
• collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members on individualized care plans.
