Graphic Design and Prepress Technician

What you'll do

• Preflight, prepare, and package customer and in-house files for digital press and copier output
• operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on presses and copiers
• discuss job specifications and resolve production or design questions with customers
• develop and revise design concepts and layouts
• create print marketing, website, promotional, newsletter, and signage materials
• troubleshoot file, color, and output issues
• maintain job records and order tracking
• handle or escalate customer complaints
• meet service, quality, and production targets.

Why this role
