Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the HR team and daily operations
• advise on California employment law, compliance, and HR risk
• manage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and separations
• oversee regulatory reporting and documentation
• manage benefits, leave, HR systems, and employee records
• partner with leadership on engagement and organizational improvements
• support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• manage HR projects and process improvements
• provide support across worksites as needed.

Why this role
