Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist

The Certified Surgical Technician - First Assist works onsite in Henderson, NV, to assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions. This role supports the West Henderson Hospital, a 150-bed acute care facility in The Valley Health System. The role exists to help the surgeon carry out safe operations with optimal results. By working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and anticipating the needs of the surgical team, the technician ensures high-quality care during surgical procedures.
