The Repair Technician is an onsite contract role located in Red Wing, MN. The pay range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. This role supports the Operations Department's Repair and Inspection team. This role exists to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer-owned fall protection equipment. The technician contributes to the team by ensuring equipment safety, documenting repairs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer-owned fall protection equipment returning from the field.
• Visually examine devices for damage and dismantle equipment to access internal components.
• Operate metalworking tools to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
• Create work orders, document parts used, and estimate repair costs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members across product lines.
