The Corporate / Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Associate is fully remote within the United States. The salary range is $200,000–$300,000 per year. It also coordinates paralegal work and collaborates with engineers and other teammates to improve internal tools and workflows.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary ECVC lawyer for a dedicated startup-client squad
• handle board consents, equity grants, hiring and firing matters, and corporate questions
• draft and review governance documents, SAFEs, convertible notes, and financing documents
• advise founders by email and calls
• delegate to and manage paralegals
• collaborate with engineers and non-lawyer teammates on tools and workflows.
