The Senior Manufacturing Execution Systems Functional Analyst role is onsite in Alameda, CA. The annual base salary range is $142,000–$200,000. The role supports Penumbra’s Manufacturing Execution Systems projects at a global healthcare company focused on innovative therapies. This analyst serves as a liaison between business process owners and IT, helping implement, support, and enhance MES solutions. The role advances process efficiency and accuracy, supports eDHR rollout and system integrations, and helps users adopt and optimize the systems through requirements work, solution design, training, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of MES projects
• contribute MES expertise to eDHR rollout
• help architect and implement process-efficiency solutions
• advise business units on MES practices and adoption
• train users and transfer knowledge
• gather and document requirements, use cases, and specifications
• support MES integrations with PLM, QMS, and ERP applications
• manage project scope, strategy, user stories, and success measures
• follow applicable quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
