What you'll do

• Assist dentists and hygienists with procedures
• review charts and document health history and treatment information
• complete patient consents
• perform listed expanded-function dental tasks
• take and develop radiographs and intraoral photos
• clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatories
• track lab cases and supplies
• follow HIPAA, OSHA, and blood-borne-pathogen requirements
• educate patients
• assist with scheduling and referrals.
