• Assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions.
• Educate residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Experience

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Current CO SLP license, CCC-SLP preferred, Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Flexibility to work PRN, Proficiency in EMRs.
