What you'll do

• Manage scheduling and shift coverage across production hours
• hire and ramp technicians
• monitor throughput and workload
• serve as escalation point for delays and technical issues
• coordinate scan-device handoffs with shop staff
• ensure scans meet OEM standards and are documented
• track KPIs and audit scan quality
• support new-location rollouts
• hire, train, coach, and develop remote technicians.
