What you'll do

• recruit and develop Restaurant General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers
• coach Restaurant General Managers and provide regular feedback
• assess customer experience through scheduled visits and analysis
• lead product and program rollouts
• resolve customer complaints
• analyze area financial performance and trends
• travel between designated stores daily.
