Building Services Assistant

Job overview

The Building Services Assistant role is onsite in Loveland, CO, with compensation of $21–$23 per hour. At Stoneridge at Centerra, the position helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members. The assistant performs routine repairs and maintenance, supports preventive maintenance, and helps maintain building systems and resident spaces. This work helps keep the senior living community’s facilities functional, clean, and ready for residents.

What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• assist with preventive maintenance
• help work on heating and air conditioning, water systems, pumps, refrigeration, motors, fans, electrical systems, and emergency generators
• maintain carpet and hard-surface floors
• deep clean and prepare resident suites
• assist with fire safety and disaster preparedness procedures.
