Manager, Engagement and Operations

What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve member service requests
• coordinate membership materials and renewals
• engage members through communications, surveys, and outreach
• recruit, train, supervise, and coordinate volunteers
• plan, staff, and manage events across Minnesota
• support membership and donor growth and retention
• assist with business alliance partners
• support campaign-season activities and track political hours for reporting
• follow cash-handling and security protocols
• provide operational and administrative support.

Why this role

Remote-first arrangement with frequent in-state travel and evening and weekend availability as needed; may be structured as part-time (20+ hours) or full-time (up to 40 hours). Travel expenses are covered and mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate.
