Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate the crew to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• assign responsibilities and explain expectations
• coach and train
• oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups
• monitor productivity
• communicate with supervisors and managers
• interpret work orders
• track crew time, equipment, and materials
• conduct safety briefings and hazard assessments
• ensure PPE and safe equipment use
• stop work for unsafe conditions
• report incidents
• inspect vehicles and equipment
• secure trucks, trailers, and equipment.
