What you'll do

• Assign and dispatch loads based on customer requirements, equipment and driver availability, location, and Hours of Service.
• Monitor loads through delivery, track driver progress, adjust routes and assignments, communicate instructions, maintain shipment information in company systems, coordinate backhauls when practical, respond to driver questions, and escalate safety, compliance, equipment, or employee-relations concerns.
