What you'll do

• Manage contractual boundaries among owner-purchased equipment, vendors, and general contractor installation responsibilities. Maintain and administer the OFCI Responsibility Matrix
• manage custody transfer, handover, and risk of loss
• administer warranty pass-through obligations
• establish responsibility for submittal approvals and design freeze
• administer late-delivery schedule mechanisms and related extension-of-time claims
• manage Factory Acceptance Testing punch items
• define vendor commissioning-support obligations
• support utility interconnection agreement administration where applicable.
