The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role supports remote work within the U.S.; a hybrid schedule is preferred for candidates near the Woburn, MA office. The full-time salary range is $180,000–$230,000 per year. The role supports STR’s finance function at a growing technology company focused on defense, intelligence, and national security research and development. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the senior manager leads company-wide planning, forecasting, rate strategy, investment analysis, performance reporting, and financial controls. The role advises finance and business leaders, develops the FP&A team, and advances analytics and automation to support informed decisions and scalable growth.

• Lead annual and long-range planning and monthly forecasts
