Senior Architect/Engineer – Construction Management

Job overview

The Senior Architect/Engineer – Construction Management role is onsite in Erie, PA. Pay is $110,000–$130,000 per year. SteerBridge delivers technology and mission-focused solutions to the U.S. Government and private sector; this position supports medical facility construction projects. The role leads project planning and construction management to help deliver compliant medical facility projects. It coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitors schedule and cost, reviews construction work, and supports resolution of issues through project closeout documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead project planning, including site studies, surveys, market analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, and cost control
• participate in value engineering
• conduct constructability and phasing reviews
• maintain activity logs and track schedules
• facilitate and document meetings
• support contractor payment processing and issue resolution
• inspect work for nonconformance
• manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• maintain as-built documentation
• assist with equipment coordination and relocation
• oversee third-party testing and inspection.
