• establish sourcing strategies across social media, military, colleges, and professional organizations
• advise hiring managers
• maintain recruiting procedures and improve processes
• support retention and engagement strategies
• partner with communications on employer branding
• track recruiting metrics
• prepare offer letters and reports
• represent the company at recruiting events
• maintain knowledge of employment laws.
