Inside Sales Representative

The role reports to the Director of Business Development at Vital Records Control, whose sales team supports its national business.

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new and existing accounts
• manage a territory and sales pipeline
• conduct discovery, deliver proposals, negotiate, and meet sales quotas. Manage inbound leads and outbound outreach, set appointments, explain the shred-services portfolio, use CRM tools to document activity and forecast, collaborate with outside sales, operations, and customer service, and address client escalations.
