What you'll do

• Actively work the Bistro casual dining room or banquet area
• accurately take food and beverage orders
• use the Full count POS system
• provide welcoming phone greetings
• explain Bistro menu ingredients and preparation techniques
• maintain table settings
• replenish utensils and beverages
• address customer service issues
• participate in set-up, break-down, and side work
• assist with special events.
