What you'll do

• Utilize Your Specialized Skills – Perform work involving millwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical crafts to evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot buildings, systems, and equipment.
• Track Facility Needs – Identify materials and equipment needed for work and maintain records of materials and labor used.
• Lead the Charge – Evaluate work orders to determine scope and procedures, and guide other technicians.
• Safely Execute – Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, and quality procedures.
• Provide Top Notch Customer Service – Establish rapport with business partners to solve problems with urgency.
