What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related documents
• coordinate title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence
• assist with structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
• manage deadlines and communicate with clients.
