What you'll do

• Oversee assigned ground-up industrial development and construction projects on behalf of the owner
• review schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and project performance
• coordinate construction progress and project issues
• support contractor buyout, procurement, bid and scope review, contracts, and commitments
• manage project documentation and financial tracking
• review schedules and milestones
• coordinate with development, finance, legal, design, and construction teams
• support risk management, commissioning, turnover, punch lists, and closeout.
