• Design recruiting plans and partner with plant leadership on staffing needs
• advise leaders and employees and address concerns and conflicts
• foster an inclusive workplace culture
• support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
• coach leaders
• identify skill gaps and coordinate training
• support career growth and succession planning
• ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
• improve HR processes and policies
• administer benefits and support compensation strategies
• champion wellness initiatives
• maintain HR records and provide reporting and insights.
