The Program Manager role is onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD, during normal duty hours. Compensation is $142,000–$167,000 per year. The role supports DirectViz Solutions’ government clients through enterprise IT and mission-support services. The manager serves as the primary Government interface and oversees contract execution, staffing, schedules, reporting, accountability, and performance. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams and service delivery across IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, logistics, and mission support.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Government point of contact for program and contract matters
• direct contract execution and ensure services meet requirements and performance expectations
• manage staffing, assignments, coverage, accountability, conduct, and performance
• coordinate schedules, travel, reporting, and deliverables
• manage risks and corrective actions
• communicate with Government stakeholders, contractor leadership, and technical teams
• provide or coordinate management responsiveness 24 hours a day.
