The role reports to the Vice President, Member & Provider Programs and supports Oscar’s member-focused health insurance services. The role leads Tier 1 and Tier 2 contact center operations across member, broker, and provider channels. It scales service operations by combining technology, analytics, workforce planning, and human support to improve access, accuracy, quality, and resolution.

What you'll do

• Direct Tier 1 and Tier 2 contact center operations across voice and digital channels
• execute a multi-year service operations strategy
• lead distributed leaders and develop teams
• combine automation, analytics, and workflow design with human support
• establish performance frameworks for service levels, quality, accuracy, resolution, customer effort, and cost
• use analytics to manage risk and prioritize initiatives
• collaborate on compliant processes
• lead workforce management and capacity planning
• influence technology roadmaps
• coach leaders and plan succession
• oversee operating budgets and compliance.
