What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• provide care to pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions and pre- and post-surgical needs
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and providers
• communicate with patients and families
• provide directional support to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff
• maintain timely electronic health records and support discharge coordination.
