What you'll do

• Interact respectfully with patients and visitors
• prepare clinical areas and patients for providers
• provide patient education per provider protocol and compassionate support
• record and update patient histories
• perform clinical duties including order entry, phlebotomy, injection draws, DME application, suture removal, and wound and dressing care
• ensure services follow prior authorization
• complete message-management workflows
• assist with hygiene and patient transfers as needed
• perform paperwork, faxing, and appointment scheduling
• maintain clinical quality standards and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational safety requirements.

Why this role
