HOA General Manager

The HOA General Manager role is onsite in Palm Springs, CA, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Compensation is $71,000–$72,000 per year. Under the guidance of the Board of Directors, the General Manager oversees the homeowner association’s administration, budgets, procurement, contracts, accounting, maintenance, and office staff. The role supports the board’s goals and the effective management of association operations and property.

What you'll do

• Oversee office staff, vendors, and suppliers
• organize office operations and staff schedules
• support annual operating and reserve budgets
• monitor budget accounts
• maintain vendor lists and coordinate procurement
• manage contract processes under board direction
• review financial statements and invoices
• plan common-area and amenity maintenance
• advise the board on property and vendor issues
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate association office employees.
