What you'll do

• Determine parts needs by phone and in person
• consult computerized catalogs, price books, and stock records
• quote price, availability, and freight
• process requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and transfers
• audit and reconcile inventory
• receive materials and complete accounting paperwork
• resolve receiving discrepancies
• accept payments and reconcile cash drawer
• coordinate with store personnel.
