What you'll do

• Prepare and submit new account documentation
• manage client inquiries about account notifications, cash management, required minimum distribution outreach, annual reviews, documents, and unsolicited trades
• schedule client and prospect meetings
• coordinate rollovers and transfers
• identify client needs and refer clients to advisors
• maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, platforms, and service practices.
