What you'll do

• Support all phases of complex commercial litigation
• draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings
• conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
• participate in discovery and witness and deposition preparation
• assist with trial strategy, hearing preparation, and case management
• collaborate with partners and senior attorneys
• communicate with clients and litigation teams about case development and strategy.
