Director of Resource Development

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a multi-year resource development plan
• lead individual giving, corporate sponsorships, campaigns, grants, and major gifts
• set and track fundraising goals
• manage and steward donor portfolios
• equip the CEO and Board for donor engagement
• oversee fundraising events and corporate partnerships
• represent the Club in community settings
• optimize Salesforce and donor data practices
• produce reports and dashboards
• collaborate with program directors to align funding with operational needs.
