The Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit position is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Pay is $61–$64 per hour. The role provides specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU. The RN continuously monitors neonates and manages respiratory support, medications, IV therapy, thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care. The role also supports families throughout the infant’s NICU stay and documents assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record.

What you'll do

• Provide continuous monitoring and care for premature and critically ill neonates
• manage ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
• administer medications and IV therapy with precision dosing
• support thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care
• educate and support families
• document assessments, interventions, and infant responses.

Why this role
