The Senior Property Field Adjuster role is onsite in Boise, ID, serving Boise and a surrounding 200-mile service area. The role exists to inspect residential and commercial property losses and provide the documentation needed for accurate claim decisions. The adjuster evaluates damage and causation when assigned, prepares scopes and Xactimate estimates as directed, and works with management to support professional claim resolutions.

What you'll do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties at assigned loss locations
• document damage with photographs
• gather information for claim decisions
• evaluate loss conditions and investigate causation when assigned
• prepare scopes of damage and Xactimate estimates as directed
• maintain claim-file documentation to company standards
• coordinate with management.
