What you'll do

• Respond to participant inquiries by phone, social media, and other intake channels
• share program information
• collect, process, and track applications and uploaded documentation
• maintain orientation completion records
• respond to application-status inquiries
• prepare monthly reports on calls, touchpoints, and facility access
• follow eligibility documentation policies and procedures.
