Speech-Language Pathologist — Adult Neurorehabilitation

The Speech-Language Pathologist role is onsite in Hackensack, NJ, and starts part-time with the potential to grow into full-time based on caseload. Pay is $60–$65 per hour. SportsMed Physical Therapy is building a speech therapy department focused on adult neurorehabilitation. The pathologist evaluates and treats adults with communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, contributing to patient rehabilitation alongside physical and occupational therapists. The role also supports the growth of speech therapy services within the organization.

What you'll do

• Provide speech-language pathology services to adult patients with neurological and rehabilitation needs, including stroke-related disorders, Parkinson’s disease, concussion, cognitive-communication disorders, dysphagia, aphasia, and dysarthria
• collaborate with physical and occupational therapists.

Why this role
