Multi-Axis CNC Production Operator

Job overview

The Multi-Axis CNC Production Operator role is onsite in Blaine, MN, with pay of $28–$40 per hour. TekPro Engineering is hiring directly for a precision manufacturer adding CNC operators, setup machinists, and CNC machinists. The operator produces high-precision components and helps maintain production quality and flow. The role contributes by setting up and adjusting equipment, checking parts against specifications, troubleshooting cycles, and coordinating with quality, engineering, and production teams.

What you'll do

• Produce tight-tolerance components on CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment
• perform setups, tooling changes, offsets, and part adjustments
• read blueprints and work instructions
• inspect parts with precision instruments
• monitor cycles and troubleshoot issues
• maintain a safe and orderly workstation.
